There are no battle phases
Everything happens all at once and all at the same time as this is a slug fest with both characters actively trying to kill each other as Viet explained

Guys, don't use the Marvel and DC characters from levels 2 and 1, they are very outdated when it comes to P&A.

I also heard that 4-D mindhax feat was be Downgraded due to standards (IDK if true or not), but if this happens then this may change

Thor's file is like, pretty damn outdated imo, like most other Asgardians. Probably wait till someone updates it to be decent.
