Not until someone gives me a well articulate reason as to why Death God Flash beats Depowered Quicksilver, because from what I've seen, all evidence supports Depowered Quicksilver stomping Death God Flash.Gargoyle One said:

It is easy to see why Depowered Quicksilver takes this. As you can see, quicksilver in the picture above looks like a hobo, and if I've learned anything from irl encounters, it's that hobos are super powerful and are also pretty much godtier in every aspect.
