Im gonna have to vote for the dog. Acasuality and omnscience is going to have a massive edge in this fight, and the axolotl's omniscience is countered by the Dog's own. The only real problem here is mind manipulation, but due to the MASSIVE SPEED EDGE the dog has, the Dog could kill the Axolotl before it could attack back. Also, the Dog could steal the Axolotl's Mind Hax with his "Steal Special Attack" move
