Jotaro managed to damaged DIO because he used Dio's rings as a paradox tool that rendered his arms useless but Dio still can heal really quick

What Redgrave said. Nothing was truly able to harm Heaven Dio for longer than a few moments. Not even the very power of Star Platinum itself could have done any lasting damage against Dio. It was only because Jotaro had those rings that Dio would have worn did he managed to harm Heaven Dio, though he would have healed even those in seconds really.

durability is Irrlevant againts seiya. his attacks ignores durability so there goes heavens superior durability againts seiya

Heaven Dio doesn't have conventional durability. He relies on reality warping and acasualty to do the defending for him. The question is can Seiya get around that?

I might have made a mistake on on HA DIO's acausal nature. After taking another look at the playthrough's of Eyes of Heaven, it turns out the reason he wasn't affected by GER's special ability was because The World Over Heaven's realtiy overwrite ability overwrited GER's nullification.

Going by the JJBA wikia, HA DIO's TWOH's ability was what allowed him to not be affected by GER. So idk what you would call that there now that i told y'all this(and sry for the minor misconception.)

I've only seen gameplay videos, but didn't The World Over Heaven have the ability to simply overwrite reality to an extent that it just made Dio immune to things such as Tusk Act 4 and GER? That seems waaay beyond the scope of what Seiya can do and makes me believe his chances of actually hurting HAD are slim to none.

Correct, so i don't see how PS could injure HAD. All HAD needs to do, is destroy the 4-D continuum PS is in.

Well it's not exactly immune, so to speak. DIO's TWOH's ability allows him to overwrite anything within any timeline, which going by the gameplay videos, was powerful enough to overwrite two of the most powerful stands in the JJBAverse. IDK if you can even still call it immunity since techinically, HAD can still very well be affected by either Tusk Act 4 or GER.

I keep saying this. Seiya can't do anything to Heaven Dio but Heaven Dio's waaaaaay too slow to touch Seiya, which is what is needed to erase his enemies going by the gameplay videos.

After some discussion, I decided to reopen this topic. I'm gonna change my decision and go with Seiya. Heaven Dio's reality warping abilities are tied to his hands, not the rest of his body. If his hands are not fast enough, he will be damaged. Sure he can time stop instantly, but as I heard from someone who knows Saint Seiya better than me, that doesn't matter. Seiya can move through manipulated time. Since Heaven Dio's too slow to move his hands to defend himself along with his time stop being useless, this is a win for Seiya.
