lags stamina reduction is powerful enough to scale from users who can null infinite stamina users, and its also passive, as well as having different types of stamina reduction also, prove that blaze can come back from that quick enough to not get destroyed
doesn't matter if she can't do it fast and efficiently enough as lags stamina reduction is passive and will trip blaze up
this just depends honestly on where both scale

damage matters not, every 1 attack will temporally kill due to offenssive time travel with every attack, and blaze is known to completely spam fire balls in battle
invulnerability also, so durability doesn't matter here
stats do not really matter here
well, blaze has in character 54x speed amp that makes her see blitizing above her people in slow motion as if they were not even moving at all, and since all she needs is 1 attack....you see the idea
well, i would say that it is more likely for blaze to tag her with her 54x speed amp first, since it would be too much faster than laggs reaction time for her to activate her transmutation glass thingy

layered resistance actually, 4 layers, sonic resists transmutation, metal virus still affected him, shadow was unnafected, then the virus evolved to affect shadow, sonic speed resisted still, then the virus evolved to still affect it ignoring the speed, and then super forms just completely resisted the thing
