Doesn't seem like a stomp to me. Glaceon doesn't one shot with any attacks and Bloxx can tank a ton of damage with his regen. The distance is 20 meters which means that the gap can be closed relatively easily which gives Bloxx an advantage.

But yeah Glaceon probably wins vía versatility. Although it would be nice to know they're actual AP values.
