The title is fairly self-explanatory. Give me any notable entity from Religion, Mythology, History, Folklore, etc; and I will create a stat block consistenting of their level, elemental affinities, skills, etc etc. A brief description of the figure would be ppreciated but is not mandatory. I will avoid figures who are either already depicted in the franchise or controversial.

Merlin the Wizard, from Arthurian legend. Son of the Devil, baptised as a baby so he could be a good person. He has all the powers of The Devil, has the power of Prophecy and of course is a wizard.
