I thought, I changed my question about arceus hgr above, and replace it with trio lake, we know cyrus use palkia and dialga to remove "spirit" and make the world destroy, from here we know that trio lake is the spirit itself, a fundamental concept, if they wipe out the world is also destroyed. And we know at USUM cyrus has managed to wipe them out but they are still able to exist, isn't this like a high godly
regeneration? because they were erased and can still exist

IIRC, he only removed them in one universe or one timeline or whatever.

Arceus also might get NEP type 2 from this as he is born from the void that exists outside of the duality of Normal Multiverse (1) and the Distortion World (0)

I think the assumption is that Cyrus removed spirit from one multiverse set, where each game copy is its own multiverse set, since he knew about parallel universes and said that he was going to reset everything. I still see this as a range issue though

Even if it wasn't a range issue, I feel like it's more accurate to Transduality or NEP than High-Godly. Existing and not existing simultaneously, while High-Godly is more of a return to existence even after conceptual erasure.
