Yeah, that makes sense. Incon FRA.The Mosasaurus has higher listed speed but I think it's kind of a stupid justification and I'm just gonna ignore it, and sharks are fairly agile swimmers so I think they both have a good enough shot at each other, the real difference is in their teeth.
There's various theories on how Mosasauri hunted. One I found states they tackled their prey before chowing down on them kinda like what Killer Whales do to dolphins. Either way, almost all of their prey is far smaller than them, and their teeth are adapted to that shape. Sharp and meant to hold down onto slippery prey before swallowing it, similar, once again, to Orcas or plenty of fish.
I thought it'd be different for the Megalodon, but it turns out, it also preferred to hunt animals smaller than it, by tackling them first as compression wounds on his prey's bones show, and then chow down on them. However, I still think his teeth are an advantage- they're similar to a Great White's, which means meant for tearing and ripping apart flesh, and they could presumably cause more damage to an opponent of the same size.
That said, I think these folks are quite even, and I'm gonna vote Incon.
