It's been like that for over two months, and I'm tired of that being an excuse not to do Pokemon matches.

Okay then. Cucco probably wins via summoning an army of cuccos that floods the entire battlefield, each capable of summoning that same amount of cuccos again.

That seems a little weird, but ok. Kecleon can also summon an endless stream of Kecleons, each with the exact same stats + abilities as the first.

Er...Yeah, what GyroNutz said. Giant Cucco can summon hordes of Cuccos, but Kecleon can summon a whole bunch of Kecleon as well. So...that advantage is not really that special. Seriously, aside from possibly being able to summon more Cuccos than Kecleon can summon Kecleon, GC is seriously outhaxed here. It can paralyze or confuse GC with Lick or Psybeam, lower its defensive stats with Screech, and just wail on it with its various attack moves, from Shadow Claw to Sucker Punch to Slash. Plus, the generic Cuccos are also very likely at a lower power level than GC itself. So, I'm giving it to Kecleon with high difficulty, as Giant Cucco technically has a nearly 2x AP advantage and potentially higher numbers.

Winner: Kecleo

Debate mode: on

How many Kecleon can he summon? Because Cucco can summon enough cuccos to fill the battlefield.

He won't be able to hit Cucco given that he'd have to break through an entire sea of smaller ones.

The normal Cuccos have roughly the same amount of AP as the big one. Giant Cucco summoning them is a much stronger attack than his basic moves. Also, yes, he still leads with it, given that outside of gameplay, he has always done it.

Also, if Kecleon tries to attack any cucco, an equal amount of them will appear. Again.

Uncertain, but it is a large amount of Kecleon. With a similar moveset with paralysis, confusion, and other various techniques, not to mention that more will end up taking their place if one gets knocked out.

Perhaps, but even if they begin by fighting the normal Cuccos, the big one won't just stand there as the other Cucco fight. And the Kecleon are smart enough to coordinate once they realize GC is the one who's summoning the other Cuccos.

While I will agree to that, they will still be at a lower level than GC. And PMD Kecleon is infamous for one-shotting other very high-level Pokemon. So, the Kecleon horde should be able to meet the Cucco horde head on, especially with their decently diverse moveset backing them up. Plus, since they're from Mystery Dungeon, IQ skills will be a factor as well. Such as Quick Healer (heals self more rapidly over time), Hit-and-Runner (can cancel the opponent's counter-attack), or Quick Striker (able to attack at twice the speed as usual, on top of his double-speed).

Ditto.
