Charlie is definitely a powerhouse, but so is Amber.

I think Jill can take Richie pretty handily

Depends on a few factors, but I think 2011 has this. Charlie is at the very least comparable to Amber in terms of sheer ruthlessness, and I'd argue that Jill is smarter and more strategic than either of the 2022 guys.

I mean Richie does have pretty good stealth. And he's better with knives than the other three. But that won't do well since they all have guns.
