This reminds me we already made Captain Marvel vs. Ghidorah and it was a bordenline stomp. What can Thanos do to Ghidorah that Carol can't?

I'd say Ghidorah can take this. He has good regen and Thanos' usual combat style will not work on him. He also has the range advantage with his Gravity Beams.
Kinda same problems as Carol, except even worse. Thanos might possibly be stronger (don't know the changed numbers) but Ghidorah has range, experience, versatility, Regenerationn, energy absorption and crazy resilience on his side.

Well...it's not that simple.
Godzilla and Ghidorah are rivals, and like rival predators in real life are capable of injuring each other but never gain too much of an advantage normally. However, I'd argue that the evolved and adapted Godzilla was actually stronger due to him ripping a head off Ghidorah, spine and all, with his jaws alone. However, Ghidorah is implied to BE the asteroid which caused the Great Dying (or maybe the KT) so he scales directly to and above the asteroid feat(....though if that was based on the real thing they'd be large country level)
It's like how tigers and bears are capable of killing each other.

That's weird I remember Ghidorah consistently bullying Goji when I saw it in the Theater. I even made note of it.
Ghidorah briefly had the advantage in the Antarctic (but only because he dodged the atomic breath) but chose to retreat after seeing Godzilla get back up. Godzilla dominated the underwater battle. And the Boston fight was back and forth....until the end.

I'm voting Ghidorah. More range, useful regen, can absorb energy, and flight. Not a stomp, but Ghidorah definitely has the advantage.

Well it's kinda hard to scale Mothra, she's physically weaker than Rodan but can blindside Ghidorah but only when Godzilla's giving him everything he's got. She should still be in those small country ranges since even more fodder titans were making earthquakes, tsunamis and other disasters by throwing hissy fits.
