Geralt of Rivia vs Batman (Post-Crisis)

>prep

Does this scenario include prior knowledge?

Because if it does, I recall Batman knowing (and having used) a spell that shuts off a person's magic for an hour or so.

Also, even without prep, Batman is 8-C now. This pretty much a stomp no matter what happens.

Then Batman proceeds to use the spell and shut off Geralt's magic before beating the everloving shit out of him.

Or, if he doesn't do that, then he just brings in a specially-built gadget or five that'll help him deal with Geralt's magic abilities. It won't be too unrealistic a scenario. People like John Constantine are considered crap-tier magicians by DCU standards and even his magic is high-end compared to Geralt's. The guy isn't bringing anything that can't be countered.

The only thing that makes the random encounter any different is that Geralt will get one chance (maybe even two) to fire off a spell before his magic gets taken away. (Assuming I'm remembering the applications of it properly. Can't remember if it was an incantation or a ritual.)
