All we saw was that Pulonia was created by Alan, who died shortly before the events at the start of the game, that Sandrone is a tsundere, and the tea parties mentioned earlier. It’s not like it was a state secret.

We also noticed that Columbina and Tartaglia have a habit of taking naps during the heralds' meetings, because the plan to steal the Gnoses is a joke—no one wants them at this point, and they're being given away as if they were fairground toys.
