Genshin Impact Discussion Thread

  • If Shades are 5D how does this affect the scaling?
  • This would be a Sovereing/Phanes/Nibelung upscale, that for sure
  • But what would happen with Sinners, they are portrait as equals to Sovereings and Shades, but we have 10% Rerir and 10% of 5D is still 5D, so does that means anyone who boxes with him is 5D? Traveler, Flins and Nefer 5D?
  • There also Trilune, they also 5D going by statments of reaching High Gods lvl
Everyone and their mothers is jumping from tier 6 to Low 1C
Also, i need to re do Andrius/Venti calc :P

That would make Shades > Sinners, cause actually, there's no explicit statements of the Sinners being actually around Shades level. Not even Surtalogi's feats, cause what he did is something that the Shades could also do.

Surtalogi is literally described above shades level.
Higher level
can remove the curse of immortality which is placed at the level of existence of the shades
defeated the strongest warrior in the universe this include teyvat
forms is irrelevant surpassing 3dimensionality.

The Shades themselves transcends all of them which is the law of the universe, because that's where Teyvat's laws come from. And the latter you mentioned doesn't mean anything for entities like Shades, who resides on a higher reality than material world, which mind you, the universe itself also described as Material World.

Using my past knowledge.

Since The Moons in teyvat are actual moons as proven when the traveler went to it with Bina

Wouldn't the sun be star level as it'd most likely be an actual star?

Iirc Nibelung made the stars and moon, no?

Rival the world, in term of raw powers is not something that uncommon for entities like them who obviously stronger than entire world. That would place them at least 5-B and cannot be lower.

Alice is arguably rival the world too since she's the sustainer of the world's borders itself. Does that mean Alice is Shades level? Not even close.

I am aware but I brought those things up to show a scale. there are only a selected few characters that are called higher level of existence.

The shades absolutely can't crush their own conception. Surtalogi can crush all things this includes the time-space etc since it's included in all things. Surtalogi embodies absolute power to the highest degree, this power isn't reached by any other character in genshin. Not to mention everything in the universe including celestia is compared to ants.

dude, her only power statment comes from "Shattering Planet"
Shattering the planet is not the same as Being above the entire cast (world)

Should i give all the Shades Clairvoyance? The game is so consistent about them not happy being called with their names and whenever someone calling their names that person gets nuked.

Well, Ronova already has it, and Istaroth don't really need it since she's Omnipresent. Only Naberius and Asmoday doesn't have it.

I wonder what the Heavenly Principles look like. It’s said they are of ‘undetermined gender’, but the Four Shades—who are projections of themselves—are all women. Given that they all have bleached blonde hair, the Heavenly Principles probably have similar hair.

The popular theory is that they are likely a variant of Kevin Khaslana. Honestly, I think it’s more likely that we’ll see the appearance of Nibelung (beyond the murals) than that of the Heavenly Principles.
