Really funny, because Asmoday's power/authority is not just about spatial, but also Void. She was called the Lord of Emptiness for a reason. Like just play the quest and you'll find bunch of Void Manipulation feats.

And yes, a person with NEP with aspect 1 can also have their space manipulated, because they only lack soul, not space.
Asmoday will probably get NEP only with the soul and mental aspects.
