I'm just supporting the fact that That word is indeed Universe by literal, not saying Teyvat = Universe, Lmao.

I interpreted that thing as; The Cataclysm 500 years ago affected the entire universe.
I mean that's kinda obvious just by reading it. "However, 500 years ago, the collapsed of an ancient civilization turned the universe upside down"

I mean it was not an instant destruction like everything is destroyed in just a single day. Ofc that would take sometimes to reach beyond Teyvat.

It's not like this day is the cataclysm and tomorrow is a new year, like it wasn't happened on December 31 or something.

This is just Environmental Destruction.
 
me when “turned universe upside down” is metaphor about khaenriah getting nuked and abyssal monsters spreading across the world almost destroying it and not literally universe getting flipped

Everything in the existence has shadow, and that shadow is the Abyss. It's almost impossible to erased the Abyss, they're Omniscient and Omnipresent.

So they really exist everywhere in the universe, they are not true universe creatures, but they are creatures from outside the true universe, namely the dark universe and exist as shadows of the universe itself.

Well, use our logic then. Why would Ronova, Istaroth and Heavenly Principles allowing someone posessing a great amount of abyssal power, or more like she's the abyss itself, on their side? It doesn't make sense if Rhinedottir still had Abyssal Power.

Her entire goal was to create life, and now she's LIFE itself.

H.P is asleep, so he prolly don't even know whats going on. Istaroth most likely don't care. Or they prolly couldn't even sense it lmao. Neither do they have the capacity to erase the abyss.

And if they erased the abyss then logically Rhinedottir would be erased as well due to be a manifestion of the abyss, so logically they might just forbade her to use abyssal power lol.

The Abyss literally have these abilities which is literally Passives and Always Actives.
Corruption (Type 1 [Soul, Mind & Memories]; Any slight exposure to the Abyss can corrupt someone's entire being, to the point of entirely changing their personality. Lady Saiguu was one of the most known victims to have fallen into corruption by the abyss. Memories are existentially correspondent to souls.

Cuz in the future, we will give every abyssal entity type 9 immortality right?
