Five sinner is a transcendent being that aren't bound by fate, so obviously they won't have it at first place.
Though, having a constellation also aren't necessary to bound by fate in conventional means.
Character like arlechinno, chasca, and skirk (possibly tartaglia too) are some example having constellation but yet not bound by fate. Perhaps due to their connection with abyss

Yeah, I would believe so as well. Outsiders are also said to be beyond the bounds of this world, which is what Skirk is.

I don't think "outsiders" Are the variable what makes them beyond fate, or else how narwhal a being beyond teyvat literally become catalyst that prophecy fated to fontaine even written in irminsul (narwhal also exist in "world formula" by khaenriah and narzizenkruz as a method to determine nation fate), plus become tartaglia constellation.
Og durin and mini durin (and sigewine as she is technically child of elynas) also technically outlander to teyvat, yet they share fate and constellation.
In otherside the sovereigns dragons who the most native being to teyvat yet aren't bound by fate.
Skirk aren't bound by fate not because she outlander, but surtalogi "free" Her from fate, and using void principle to mimic laws.

That is Varka Speculation. But we don't know if he does or not. Considering he is in Nodkrai in the first place.
He didn't borrow Kuuhvaki like Columbina stole his power to become nearly equal to him. it was stated that when he took the kuuhvaki, his abyssal power was overpowering it.
1. We don't know if it is a shadow realm or know if it overpowered him.
2. He did overpower it and the fact he could go into someone memory without having the domain of the Power of Time.
3. He was pushed inside it lol by someone nearly equal to him and Dains.

he barely speaks on Gold tho, everyone that knows Venti in mondstand never compared him on the scale of Rerir. Alice is stated to be near omnipotent yet Venti never stated to be such.

The Sumeru wings speaks of physical laws not the laws of teyvat. In context it is talking about how windgliders don't follow the physical laws, because it goes against the wind, in context it is just referring to nature.. The same passage mentioned that Venti blessed the Winggliders not archons.
Also in the same lore:
"Okay, alright, I know! The answer was right before me this whole time. Please, I beg you, stop repeating yourself — I know the gods' blessings are also part of this world's rules."

Lmao, so if someone tells a story about the past that means they experienced that past by their own eyes? Thats just ridiculous. The Great War of Vengeance is a common history in Teyvat and almost everyone knows that, they already got mentioned many times not just from Lauma.
She can see the past only by Moon Marrow, that alone is Limited + She's not as great as the Moon Goddess Columbina herself because Columbina revealed more than what Lauma did, basically, Columbina is better.
What is that even have to do with him not being able to save her anyway?

A similar thing happened to Arlechino, Remus, and Neuvillette.
Remus already had his own destiny system, he didn't use constellations but used Phobos as his and his people's destiny system, but it was all useless because Musica Mundana was superior to it. Neuvillette was the same, he was still part of the destiny plan even though he wasn't tied to a constellation, and he didn't even know that his fight with Narwhal caused Fontaine to sink.

@Sahlwrld Columbina confirms that the place is in another world and Arle also confirms they were crossing over to another world. So the scan can be applied to both since within this context it makes sense. Both could heard the voice speaking to them.

"Special space" thats just mean like its in another dimension, hence why Columbina can't sense it because it's seperated from the world. She already said that THAT space can only be access temporarily through some rituals, so that space isn't entirely a whole different world. Like just think of the Plane of Euthymia atp, nobody can sense the true Raiden Shogun in Teyvat.
The scan cannot be applied to both, only traveler.

Yeah and this space isn't in teyvat. Arle when summoned the gates speaks of two realms.
yet both crossed from another world, it should apply to both. It makes sense because neither of them should have the access to even cross over that world. both of them could hear the voices. Arle defied the abyss will by sending them to that realm and bringing them out.
If this was solely about Traveler, it would have been specifically stated but since they entered the realm they both transcend fate.

So, buddy, go to another realms like for examples serenetia teapot, plane of euthymia and bunch of other realms doesn't mean you go to a whole different world unless that realm is literally a whole world like Teyvat. And why would they trancends fate just for go to another dimension?
And Columbina alone, nowhere to be said that she ever trancends fate unlike traveler that stated many times.
That special space is still within the Human Realm/Teyvat and its just a temporary space.

And haven't the terms realm and world regarding this specific space been intertwined? Arle calls it worlds/realms. The Plane of Euthymia is a mental plane and not an actual reality as with the place of crimson moon and serentia is just a realm within the human realm, it is literally referred as sub-space.
They transcend fate because they entered a realm, they aren't supposed to enter.
