Key word: Alchemy, like we see Albedo use it to make Durin a new body, does he use Naberius powers too? Is just another parallel between the Sinners and the Shades like Rerir/Ronova, thats why bro is called "Blasphemy against the Death", Rhine would probably be called "Blasphemy against the Life" and so on

Having the power "Life" Doesn't mean she had Naberius' power before she merged with Naberius. Dendro Element is the element of Life itself, does that mean every dendro element user had the power of Naberius? Of course not.
Raiden have the power of Time because she can stop the time, does that mean she has Istaroth's power? Not necessarily.

That could be the case however they have capitalized their concepts with quotation marks which always indicated the shades themselves. Venti referred Istaroth as "Time" itself.
And Bakunawa letter also suggest the same.
However, unlike "Gold"'s other creations, its immortality does not stem from the power of "Life," but rather a more transcendent form of Abyssal power that may be beyond even our Order's understanding.

It has the power of life but not "Life" that is something uniquely to Rhinedottir as per her weapon description. Her weapon was also prior to becoming sinner.
Albedo never capitalized life when talking about Alchemy as evident in his character story but yet he did when referring to Naberius.

That doesn't mean they ACTUALLY have the power of them.
And theres no reason for Naberius and other shades and phanes to shared their power to these sinners before they become a sinners anyway

Even if i hate Dottore, he has this:
- Nahida states being no match for him
- Implied to be stronger than Shouki no Kami, which is consistent with Wanderer telling us wanted to fight him (Bassicly 2 characters above Shouki no Kami) and the upcoming narrative of Wanderer vs Dottore in Nod Krai
- Paimon states he was mearly nº2 just by his fight capabilities
So we are forgetting the plot of Columbina being weakend (Not only because she spend her power helping the Tsarita, but also because she is unable to reach a deep connection with her moon, which is what gives powers to a moon goddess) thats why i doesnt scale rn to Moon Goddess lvl? most likely the Prime of Columbina would come with the conclusion of Nod Krai's arc (6.3 Boss fight)

Talking about combat capabilities, even Arlecchino stated herself can deal with Dottore. Like i can guarantee you, that if Dottore doesn't exist, Arlecchino would be the number 2.
Tsaritsa is just loved Khaenri'ahns way too much.
Capitano also getting weakened overtime, and Columbina will get stronger (And i even doubt she will be the number one if she's still in the fatui when she got all of her powers back because that one npc already said the number one cannot be replaced)

Jester found scaramouche around 400 years ago and pursued to join fatui, and then asked dottore to do research on it, and it was mentioned scara as a creation of electro Archon was all the more special
And then dottore created his own segments using scara as blueprint for his segment's base
That might be the reason he was ranked 2 at the time
Also imo pirro is ranked 10th, there are total 11 harbingers including pierro, and 11 ranks

I don't think so, bros never in the harbinger rank to begin with and even if he is that would be too low for someone like Pierro who's Khaenri'ahn, and we know all Khaenri'ahn is gigachad. Even Guthred is comparable to Capitano 500 years ago.

He isn't bro..... no one is currently at rank 10, Genshin official merch also shows this. You could argue either Diluc dad or Crucabena was the 10th harbinger. Crucabena may have been 4th.

There a theory saying there was no 10th harbinger in the rankings to begin, like in early stages of the game the CN version said "The 11th Harbingers" like the numbers of fatuis in that group, but probably got recotnned or idk, probably was Creepus
