Raiden Downgrade (Genshin Impact) — 1 more Staff Vote (STAFF IS NEEDED)

Basically changing Raiden's Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1) to Type 3, that's it. It was under the impression that Teyvat is universal-sized even if it has been stated consistently and portrayed to be planet-sized only (Through Neuvillette, Skirk and Lumine) hence the independence is Type 1...

Retcon somehow worse than HI3

HI3 had multiple retcons, hence the antifeats and all that especially Will of Honkai and then that one thing Su sees in Second Eruption. Only reason why HI3 is so confusing to understand is because of the retcons that exist there, we don't even KNOW in the first place unless they stated it themselves. Which is what happened with the Traveler since 5.7 with the spaceship. Oh yeah in addition with Sea of Quanta being equal to Imaginary Tree, that's also retconned btw (Imaginary Tree is far more superior)
 
This is kinda similar to Neuvillette case, after he regained his power back he got all of the memories of his predescessor which is the Previous Hydro Dragon.

He only struggle because of its size not like the narwhal's power was so strong so that he struggle.

I mean of course he reincarnated as a tiny human not like the previous hydro dragon who's said that its even bigger than an entire island.
 
He claimed that he can judge the rest of a gods and even said his fate is to judge Phanes at the end.. Of course he can't just be talking nonsense if he's not strong enough. Though we still don't know how he will do it.

Why would size even be an issue? It just doesn´t even make sense in any sense.


would a low 2-C human struggle against a country level mountain sized monster? despite the strength and tier difference.

The chinese paints this statement as metaphorical, no cameo of narwhal whether in game nor teaser protrays Narwhal as planet sized. Plus right now Bakunawa fragment is the largest opponent whom the traveler faced who isn´t even mountain sized. So I really don´t understand the excuse of it is too large to be defeated. Consider Surtalogi could beat narwhal into submission.

Horikoshi was asked how fast All Might could run. Running speed only. All Might's main form of travel is jumping, and he can casually cross 10 kilometers in less than a second. Plus combat and reaction speeds are naturally far higher. There's supporting feats for this too.

Speed amps, adaptation, a one-shot ability, precognition, danger sense, and weakness detection, alongside resistance to pretty much everything.

Shigaraki's profile is somewhat outdated too. He should actually resist deconstruction since he's immune to his own decay.
