I tried looking up most evil villains in genshin and this is what I got

Babel Tanit, dougier, and azar

That’s it.

Not really any major character in genshin that is super evil?

i mean the biggest major villian is definetly Tsaritsa or Unknown god or someone from Khaenriah,but for the current villians whatever they did,he did it but WORSE

Kuki only sparred with Sara and you suggested scaling her to Sara for said reason, and are why use beef to scale Gorou to Sara without interaction?

In next crt half of chars will drop to high 8-C to tier 7 (idk which tier tho)
 
Kokomi unironically have no ap feat and vision holder isn't naturally superior to normal people physically so she unironically doesn't even scale above slime (even if it's logical to assume so). So yeah she's basically normal people tier until something said otherwise.

wdym shes 4-A look at this
if she actually has 0 feats then she should be high 8-C or 9-A after revision (or 9-B idk what calc it was)
 
Cool, also can we apply the whole unconventional resistance thing due to soul thing over in Star Rail to here or does it still have too weak of a connection to concretely say that they belong to the same verse?
 
Actually why doesn't every vision holder have NPI? They can interact with Oculi which isn't interactable or even be seen by those who can interact with slime which is pure element. Also everyone should have "possibly empathic and disease manip" since they are litterally firing concentrated element left and right.

I was going to say something but nevermind, she doesn't have any anti-feat anyway so i guess she can scale to agent.
 
Uh... Depend on the scaling chains, the old Scaling chains have agents being far weaker but still scale to base Childe without delusion who would scale to high-7C/7C. Don't know about now tho.
