Correction, metal gear ray is > 33% of genos’ AP

Genos stomps. He has a massive mobility advantage and a huge AOE and AP advantage. Rey's best attacks are the missiles which he blasts/burns easily or just straight up dodges and the plasma canon which sucks since Genos can fly and has a more potent canon (not heat wise but AP wise).
