Genius Intelligence question

If a computer has a ton of information in its database, such as studying physological human behaviors, physic laws (Being able to pull information on how to light cars, kill bigger animals by aiming for weak spots, or sneak into governments without being noticed), will that qualify as Genius Intellect?

I'm assuming this is an AI of some sort? I think this would qualify, yeah.
