It'll probably be like every other crossover, they'll fight, someone will win/tie, third party comes and defeats victor/both, they team up to stop third party.

Godzilla gets beaten plenty of times in his comics, so he’s clearly not portrayed as untouchable. However, after he defeated Superman in the 2024 DC crossover, some DC fans on TikTok began spreading the claim that “Godzilla can never lose because of a contract,” which just isn’t accurate. Realistically, even if Sonic were to beat him in the crossover, those same people likely wouldn’t stop pushing that narrative.
Because of that, I doubt they’d have him outright lose in a Sonic crossover anyway. I could easily see it starting as a clash that ends in a draw, followed by a team-up, maybe even Super Sonic and Super Godzilla, joining forces to face a larger cosmic threat together.

So I know Hulk returns through the Green Door and is immortal, I get that. What I don't get is the idea that if Godzilla Ultima consumed the universe/the catastrophe happened or whatever, how does Hulk return to the fight? I know they showed that time that the green door was used to travel to a different multiverse, but I don't know much context for that instance. I was under the impression Doctor Strange did that, is it something Hulk can utilize?

he gets spawned in a new universe ig, idk how he would end up with Ultima every time. By all means with how it was shown in the episode, Hulk would end up in a separate universe while Ultima collapsed the other one entirely.

if charged with anough gamma a Hulk can create a Green Door that everyone can use and that can travel everywhere, otherwise he can use it for his soul/mind to trave from the Below Place to his body (or another gamma mutate's body) and vice-versa

Hopefully they fight for like an issue or 2 with no real winner before Eggman and Mechagodzilla (who I predict will be the Godzilla side villain based on the covers + vibes) show up to try and kill them both.

Seeing as how Godzilla is getting more and more content through his crossovers, not just Fortnite, Super Robot Wars, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but also Marvel and DC, and also seeing as how we'll probably have even more collaborations soon, it feels like the result of the DB may change sooner than expected.

depends to where those verses scale to or what broken hax/resistances they give him, for now the major contributors are Singular Point and Marvel, I think

I’ve always found it interesting how, every time a new Godzilla vs. Marvel issue comes out, there’s usually at least one Marvel fan in the general Godzilla thread reminding everyone that the outcome of the Death Battle Godzilla vs. Hulk episode is still correct; sometimes they come across as a bit frustrated despite winning, and honestly, I feel like I’d be rich by now if I got something every time that happened.

I guess I could see Banner coming into play if Death Battle needed to explain why Hulk could keep coming into contact with Ultima....which is pretty much what they did.
I feel like Godzilla absorbing the gamma (which would inevitably happen as they'd both be absorbing each others' radiation constantly) should have been explored more, especially since Marvel has it that anyone who possess gamma arrives to the Below Place/has a green door. I don't know what the consequences of that would be with Ultima though, or if Banner could still circumvent that severing the Singular Point.

Wouldn't do much honestly, the Archetype isn't actually directly connected to It. Archetype molecules are bound by space-time, "It" is not. You can use them to get into the Singular Point but you can't affect "It".

On another note (to drop this topic as you wanted) we should talk about the godziburst verse and what it entails for godzilla and the other kaiju. For example godzilla gets a blizzard form and a thunder/electricity power form where he controls/shoots lightning/electricity

He did go into it in later replies, and to be fair, people aren’t really obligated to keep arguing a point if they don’t want to.
It’s still related, yeah, but since the episode came out 8 months ago, it might be better to move on from it.
That’s fair, but it does come across a bit like the topic was brought back because of Entity’s comment.
Someone else did respond at the time, but it was more of a hot topic back then and things have settled since.
From what I remember, you mentioned posting scans, but I don’t think any were actually shared by those users.

Death Battle is just a show with a fan-made status, so what they say isn’t that relevant. They’ve been wrong in their verdicts multiple times, and they’re clearly not official, so repeating the same topic for 8 months is honestly very tiring

Ok but I still think that godziburst is still worth while to talk about as blizzard godzilla "controls" ice and has an ice beam that freezes his opponents and this form also grants him temperature resistance while his thunder state can manipulate lightning/electricity. I know godzilla can absorb different energies and etc but it's another thing to actually manipulate it

If you were upset by the loss, you got to see the fight happen in the comics too. Godzilla getting a canonical win over Hulk is a lot more than most Death Battle losers get.

A lot of SP’s “popularity” comes from powerscaling alone. Not sure if that says more about the quality of the series or the intelligence of the general fanbase.

It was the best fight in the Destroys run, but if Godzilla gets to stick around at all, I wish they'd go wild with choreography. The Godzilla vs Thor one-shot was metal as hell, and a lot more visually impressive than the main run has been.
