Wouldn't the 10x speed amp be restricted in speed equal since Raiden peaks at relativistic while post-Darkshine Garou peaks at 6-A and FTL?

I'm arguing (i actually wasnt arguing i was shitposting but ok that simply saying someone is skilled and having them do cool anime move, while it would put them above a normal human by sheer virtue of most anime stuff simply not being feasibly possible to perform (like ive never seen someone do a 50 flip backflip ngl), that when it comes to verses or character's who's skills are explained extensively, is demonstrably and tangibly quantifiably skillful and not just fancy anime move with name, and is actually stuff that is proven functional with explicit hurdles to perform beyond just saying "hey he skilled" and expecting you to believe it, are two very, very, different things. Not to say Garou isn't skilled, but a lot of his stuff is just cool anime moves that you're told is skill but really ain't and is lowkey supernatural hax or powers instead of actual martial prowess (he does have that tho) it's why musashi cutting space via skill aint skill, it's hax

Same reason why someone like Goku's skill in Z is lowkey ass when compared to how he fights in class DB, in Z it's just fancy anime stuff or fisticuffs while in classic he actually did some cool martial techniques. If they weren't literally the same character I'd say og Goku > Z Goku in skill based on actual feats.
same with MGS4 Raiden > MGR Raiden, because all he does in MGR is fancy twirls instead of actual skilled shit

Most martial arts Garou has are straight up supernatural shit or would require a weird alien physiology to pull it off, like:

WSRSF: probably the most realistic one since it has limits and somewhat plausible explanations. It's pretty much a wanked version of irl Tai Chi and Kung fu

WICF: It generates slicing shockwaves through rapid joint rotation and hand motions. In this case unless you are an alien with superhumanly elastic joints and an unique musculature that makes your hands and feet suerhumanly powerful when compared to the rest of your body it's just ridiculous to imagine.

EHRF: It uses body control to make your own heart beat super strong and then time it with your blows to boost your damage and generate shockwaves as you attack. This would require not only impossible levels of body control (heart beat can be manipulated to an extent through controlling your mental state, but forcing it to move consciously is impossible.) but also a superhuman level heart that can somehow beat powerfully enough to produce shockwaves comparable to your own punches.

RASRF: Sends shockwaves that reverb through an opponents body (specifically hard material like bones/shell/rocks/metal). This is physically impossible and makes no sense.

FA Jin: Sends a shockwave that can be fired from the hands and is intangible to muscles and bones and can also pass through earth without making a hole. No comments on this one.
