Garou vs Meruem

It's in the OP. Hero Hunter Garou, aka the Garou that fought Metal Bat.

Half Monster Garou is Likely Mountain level. Way higher than Meruem who at best is Possibly City level.

Hero Hunter Garou made Metal Bat bleed and was beating him until he let his guard down. Metal Bat who's been stated on more than one occasion to be able to defeat dragon level threats. Even Choze is stronger than Meruem via feats, and Garou scales quite a ways above that.

Agreed plus Garou should be able to end fight even if he gets poisoned

Well, then I guess Garou takes this.

He's not only stronger and tougher by a great degree, Meruem's poison won't do much to someone who has resisted poisonous arrows while in a weakened state.

Meruem wins the intelligence match hands down, but even he needed some time to adapt to Netero's style while Garou learns at a much faster pace and will learn how to attack before Meruem does.

I'm also laughing at the idea of both of them intimidating each other with each Fear Inducement they have at the same time since they have no resistance to that.

If he's able to survive 18 Megatons, then this is fair. His Possibly 7-B key covers that.

Then it's fair. My vote is the same.

What's the scaling chain? Does he one-shot people in it?
For Hero Hunter Garou it's just Suiryu = Choze <<< Dragon level monsters < Metal Bat, and Garou could harm Metal Bat.

Then it's not a big scaling chain at all. It could even mean that they are comparable in values.

Yeah from what I can see there wasn't a single CRT made to downgrade Meruem, IDK where him being One Megaton in his 7B form comes from

Garou FRA

Metal Bat would have won though if it wasn't for his sister
That's because:

A: Metal Bat got pumped up during the fight, which significantly increases his strength and speed.

and B: Garou let his guard down; if he had finished Metal Bat instead of assuming he was knocked out that would've been an easy victory for Garou.

exactly metal Bat was already wore out but he would have defeated Garou if it wasn't for her sister Garou himself said that

Him being worn out is what would've let him defeat Garou. Him being beaten and worn out only amps him. Also Garou was caught off-guard with the last strike.
