Time manipulation is not available (also, as speed is equalized, speeding up or slowing down the enemy or yourself gets unusable) in this form of his, and the same for Reality manipulation, both powers belong to his Chaos form. To be honest, almost every ability in his profile except for the techniques listed, are from Chaos, not Garland, that should be corrected.
