For starters Low 2-C Ganon doesn't exist, and even if he did he would get hax stomped into oblivion by Dracula (And besides his significantly better hax he also resists pretty much all of Ganons abilitie and the same can't be said for the fat pig man). This could be 3-A Ganon vs 4-A Dracula and the latter would still still win low-diff.

Yeah there is a feat like that, we used to have all the profiles at Massively FTL+ (Spefically 190 trillion times faster than light iirc) based on it but then it was decided to only scale that to the strongest characters like Chaos, Soma, and Julius and then it was dropped altogether for reasons I cannot remember.
Not that Drac needs that feat anyway since he's way faster than demons who are already faster than Ganon.

Kid Dracula is in a questionable side of canon, even though it's meant to be a parody of normal Castlevania it's referenced as actually happening in Judgement and Judgment is confirmed canon so…
