Galeem and Dharkon upgrade

Yes, I know but Galeem killed characters that were in seperate Universes (they were stated as so by the trophy descriptions and Sakurai), doesn't that give him 2-C AP?

That's not, since he didn't destroy their universe.

Basically,

Galeem was stated to have destroyed the Universe with his Light Nuke

"Thus the universe was crushed in the hands of Galeem. Those who fought the light were devoured. The others lost their bodies and became spirits. Only one survived.."

~ Narration in World of Light • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Galeem also recreated the World

but Didn't only efffect the Universe

Galeem's blast also destroyed blaze's body and blaze exits in a differant Universe

"A princess from another dimension and guardian of the Sol Emeralds, also known as Blaze The Cat. Blaze is calm but often seems to be dealing with some inner turmoil. She's also extremely hard on herself, and as a result, she comes across as somewhat shy. She learns to open up after meeting Sonic and his crew and can use the Sol Emeralds to become Burning Blaze."

he also turned Majora into a spirit, who is also from another Universe

"Created for the most hexing rituals, this mask is infused with such dark magic that it becomes an evil creature in its own right. In a separate dimension called Termina, it tries to cause the end of the world by making the moon fall from the sky. And if you think the mask looks creepy, wait until you see its other forms!"

Sakurai also stated this

"Some of you may have forgotten, but Kirby's Warp Star has been able to, y'know, warp since his very first game. That alone made him a pretty solid contender. The only other two fighters that could have survived would have been Bayonetta or Palutena. That said, Bayonetta's enemies from Purgatorio (a hellish other world) were turned into Spirits, so it wouldn't have made sense for her to escape. Other divine beings like Hades were also turned into Spirits, so there was no way Palutena could have survived, too."

and we Know that pretty much every spirit isn't from The Smash Universe, as they return to their homeworlds

there's also a debunk for MFTL+; how Link,Samus and Bayonetta in the beginning could block, attack and dodge Galeem's attacks, but later Sonic (who is faster) couldn't.

Point is, literally all spirits except for the ones from the smash universe are all from different franchises, so therefore different universes. It's likely that all of them were on the smash world or something.

Majora's Mask likley wasn"t in the Smash Universe, and Sakurai confirmed that Bayonetta's enemies from Purgatorio were in Purgatorio instead of Smash,so there's still that

DLC fighters also are from another dimension, and SSBU has an infinite multiverse.

Anyhow, smash is widely considered to be completely non canon. If we are saying that Galeem killed several Multiverse level characters (like the creation trio), pretty much all smash characters would be Multiverse level, and lots of canon profiles would need to be changed. Everyone that appeared in smash is a different incarnation of the original character. This is even shown in the Fire Emblem Fates amiibo battles where Odin, Laslow and Selena point out that Robin and Lucina from smash bros are entirely different people. You'll only see characters like Pit and Palutena making refrences to smash in their actual games.

And yea, at best its a range feat.

I know, the upgrade was for him destroying people from differance Universes.

I guess then he gets Low multiversal range?

Galeems a little whack due to how it destroyed the bodies of dozens of higher tier things from other universes and then dominated millions of spirits simultaneously but honestly I have no clue.
