Galand (Nanatsu no Taizai)

Galand should be scaled to Sarmiel and Tarmiel. Cause I'm pretty sure he was able to harm both of them in his prime. In his fight with the Sins, Meliodas and Escanor he is serverly weakened from the seal and hasn't regained his past power yet.

Ok, when the commandments came out of their seal, they were weakened, and they had to eat human souls to gradually regain their power.

Galand never got the oppurtunity to gain his full power back. He's acknowledged to have literally zero magic as soon as he comes out of the seal. Because after he fights Ban, he then finds Escanor's bar. But at this point he is still serverely weakened.

In flashbacks of the past later on, we see that he was able to harm Sarmiel and Tarmiel. And take attacks from them. Throw back their attacks. Basically he was weaker but could still harm them.

People thought this was a contradiction since he lost to Meliodas and Escanor who were both weaker than Sarmiel and Tarmiel at this point. But that wasn't the case it was just that the Commandments including Galand, were much weaker unsealed and didn't have the oppurtunity to get his full power back.
