They both scale to overpowering Miles. However, Miguel ate a charged, energy-absorbed Venom Blast while his suit was compromised, so he may have an advantage in that department, although that's besides the point. Miguel can do significant damage with his blades, claws, and fangs

Regardless, Miguel was most likely watching since he can view events across the multiverse, so he should have seen what Spot is capable of. He also says "he'll worry about Spot"

In terms of skill, Spot can wash four Spider-People at the same time and quickly learned how to use his powers effectively. Miguel is on the older side of Spider-Society, so he may have comparable experience to Peter B. Plus when he's unhinged he scares the others, if that's anything to go off of

The real kicker is when you consider Spot will eventually run out of holes, meanwhile Miguel has insane stamina, taking numerous hits from Adriano Tumino, Miles, and being well within fighting condition even after taking a Venom Blast to the face. That alongside knowing what to expect from Spot, as well as having the skill to effectively fight against him, he most likely takes this, although it'll be somewhat drawn out and he's not leaving without damage because of how dangerous Spot is

imo the spot still takes this, he still has the ability to chop anything with his portals(this happens on creation so there isn't any time to even react ), this is rendered even worse considering miguel doesn't have spider sence, nothing he can do if both are bloodlusted tbh. it's just instent death by decapitation/dismemberment
