I know what you mean, but if both can boost speed, wouldn't that factor be nullified? The problem is that Red Hawk is an easy move to deal with, since Luffy needs to stretch his arm farther and then hit the target (Hit someone with passive precog and forcefields would be very unlikely).

Btw, how is Luffy going to face in h2h someone who can make up to several gigantic fists to punch him in the face? (He had problems with Katakuri, precisely because of this factor in the following arc).
