Edit: It probably won't, but eh. Such is the choice of Steins;Gate I suppose. I'll put down some ideas here in the future. Seriously, Suzuha and Kagari are pretty strong. Like, 9-C to 9-B strong (Kagari cut off a dude's head with her hands for crap's sake!).

Well anyways, just leaving this here as both a bump and to give out some proposals:

Kagari, Suzuha, and Lukako (Adult ver w/ the badass katana) should probably be all (At least) 9-C via being able to take down trained soldiers (though Kagari could maybe be higher via cutting a dude's head off with her bare hands, gotta find the episode where that happens).

Their speed would also be either Peak Human or Superhuman regularly with Supersonic combat/reation speed (via being able to dodge bullets).

Aaaand yeah, that's all I have so far, so gonna sign out for now.

Anyway, anonymous;code might actually grant sci;adv characters 1-A ratings, or at the bare minimum, a tier 1 rating of some sort.
