Frozu vs Jotaro

Jotaro has time stop but iirc he can't spam it.

Frozu is a tiny bit higher on the 8-B spectrum (84 tons of TNT vs 64 tons of TNT approximate). It basically boils down to how Jotaro's intangibility/non-corporeality works. While Jotaro can probably stick at a range and throw marbles at him, Frozu can regenerate his health consistently with Spirice if he would do so. It would also probably depend on how Jotaro handles Frozu's freezing attacks such as Azure's Fist.

If he gets close to Frozu (Which would be like, slightly above 3 meters due to the range of his melee weapon as well as various attacks, which place him higher), Frozu slaps him with an Azure's Fist and proceeds to use Ice Fortress or repeatedly swings at him to rack up a large amount of damage. If Frozu can make contact with Star Platinum at all, same would most likely apply due to how harm taken by SP is redirected onto Jotaro.

Likewise, I'm not counting this as a vote until it gets specified what OP means as "Jotaro can't spam time stop", and any more information on whether or not Jotaro has dealt with this kind of stuff.

He can't spam timestop in the manga or anime. He's not like Dio who can do it every minute.
