We are all forgetting one thing that makes this practially a stomp, in Frisk's Standard Equipment, they have the Annoying Dog.
A High 2-A Dog trying to take down a Tree Colony, I would pay to see that. Well, most likely not, as the winner would be obvious, but you know what I mean. Anyway, I vote Frisk because of this, and ftra.

The dog would probably just fly away as soon as Frisk puts it on the ground.

frisk could win i think because of food and temmie armor healing after every turn and frisk would survive long enough to get enough determination to destroy the tree.

Frisk, even at the lowest amount of determination possible is 9-B, and the OP clearly started the 10-C versions are used.
