If he can really attack souls, then he has my vote. Despite having the raw power advantage , Frieza is way too cocky , and one hit from an soul manipulator would be deadly.

Anyway, is Frieza still cocky as before in DBS? If he isn't, i'll have to think about it more (Nobunaga still has my vote during the first two rounds), if he is, Nobunaga haxes him to death in all of the three rounds.

^ Frieza thought his power-up ( while it was much less trained ) was more than enough to kill Goku and Vegeta , without even training in the Golden Form. If that isn't any indication of arrogance, i do not know what is....
