Unsure how effective Fried's runes would be on Kaidou tbh. He's kind of insane when it comes to recovering from damage and taking hits on the chin. Kaidou has superior LS and very slightly higher AP which can get even higher with Haki. He also has speed amps that Fried has no answers for.
