You don't die, get KOed or even is guaranteed to receive a serious injury because someone hit you in the leg with a baseball bat.

Ofc, if you just tank them and there aren't serious wounds even when receiving full-power blows, especially when repeated, it can be accepted.

I mean assuming they are being hit full force and can survive several hits they would scale to the weapons. Dunno much about the isaac card game but i'd assume that's what is happening here
