Okay, so let's see here... So, let's compare the two. Freddy Fazbear has an AP of around 3000 give or take based on the skull-crushing feat. Horses, on the other hand, have a scientifically-measured AP of 750 joules, although I have calc'd them at higher joule values (although can't say if my measurements are accurate). Horses hav a maximum output of 14.88 horsepower, or almost 11.1 kilojoules: https://lib.dr.iastate.edu/bulletin/vol20/iss240/1
Both the horse and Freddy have feats that compare to each other, particularly the tearing-apart humans feat. Horses have torn humans apart in the hanged, drawn and quartered execution, although this typically requires four horses. Freddy can do the same thing alone.
Now, while the whole Remnant thing may mess with things, the thing is as shown in FNaF 3, dismantling an animatronic is enough to incapacitate or kill it. Horses are capable of determining where to hit a target, as shown by the mare in this video:
As such, if a horse figures out where to hit Freddy, chances are it's capable of making the right moves to take out Freddy.
For this one, I shall equalize speed, as horses kick upwards 13 m/s, meaning Freddy would inevitably be faster without speed equalization. Here are the profiles:
