Franky Radical Beam

You should post scans for us who don't read One Piece.
If Sanji was actually trying to break down the door but only could leave a dent, then Franky's Radical Beam would scale above Sanji. However, Sanji is only 7-A currently so the Radical Beam would only be 7-A, not High 7-A.

That kind of messes with the scaling since it's ability to absorb the damage means Sanji could have potentially kicked through it without issue. Meaning the feat can't be used for scaling.

The radical beam should give Franky higher AP than anything else he has as he oneshot Ikaros, a Number & finished off Sasaki. Ikaros survived a punch from the Franky Shogun; another Number forced the Shogun to run away; Sasaki endured several hits & the Victory Flash(another light/laser based attack). At the very least it should give him durability negation via heat like Akainu & Kizaru get it from their DF.
