Frank West vs. Maxwell Puckett

To commemorate the changes in Frank's AP and such, I'm going to make him fight someone in the megajoule range. Let's see who can survive. Speed is equalized, and the fight takes place at Hogwarts becuase why not. The only weapons Frank doesn't have are his sniper rifles.

Frank West (AP around a megajoule, maybe a little higher)

Maxwell Puckett (AP around 3 megajoules)

Max gets peppered with bullets and dies within seconds of the match starting. His magnetism isn't fine-tuned enough to deal with bullets and he can't forcefully activate a spirit trance like Spender and Isabelle. Having superhuman durability is helpful, although the piercing strength of the bullets is more than he can possibly handle.

I kind of want to call this a stomp, Max is just a somewhat average tween with some powers and while Frank has far more practical experience in gunning people down and has a stupidly good range advantage here.

I mean, if she's actually skilled in H2H she'd beat the everloving crap out of him, considering she has no metal on her and wouldn't be affected by spectral energy by virtue of not being a spirit.

Most of the ones who would be fair can activate spirit trance to blitz Frank, the others just die to bullets.
