Fractured/Cracked but still intact DC?

The question is what kind of Comprehensive Destruction value would this feat fall under if the feat just cracked or fractures an object but remains in one piece?

I don’t know if I asked this question but would like clarification.

For example a large, spherical rock bolder is the object in question.
