The Relativistic is movement speed, comes from Darth Malak moving a little bit in comparison to a ship... or something.

Wait really? I thought we upgraded them to FTL (https://vsbattles.com/vsbattles/1097790) and it says in all the Jedi profiles that they have "FTL reactions and combat speed "

This is the calc. Malak moves at 0.15c (relativistic) in a short burst.
As for sustained movement speeds, I think there is a feat of Luke's where he runs at hypersonic speeds for several seconds. Don't remember where that's from. Of course that would scale to only the Tier 4 top/god tier Force adepts and nobody else.
