When an opponent gets hit with the kamehameha wave, are they vaporjzed, or disintegrated?

Kinda interchangeable terms, generally. In general vaporized means reduced to vapor, also disintegrate usually causes some burnt remains to linger. With DBZ wave attacks they are reduced to nothing, so vaporized is closer to the money.

Though they probably get disintegrated then vaporized, since the break down then go away.

I mean, it could be erasure, there is nothing left of them. Not saying it is, but it is a possible option.

ki based attacks and based on the type can effectively vaporize your atomic arragangement. Erasure means erasing someone from existence, like hakai. There be no past, present or future version for you.
