The CRT was about downgrading to 9-C. That has been done. The OP's intentions are fulfilled. Calcs can be done separately.

You're talking about this? It just says calcs need to be done to justify the 9-B rating attatched to it. That's not necessary because we've already decided that 9-B needs to go.
