Maybe, but he's featless and lacks any showings of having Shadow Bonnie's control over Dark Remnant. I mean, in FNAF 2, Shadow Freddy appearing does nothing whereas Shadow Bonnie crashes the game, and in FNAF 3, Shadow Freddy just walks and rarely teleports into the office whereas Shadow Bonnie does a bunch of supernatural stuff.
With that said, while Shadow Freddy might be physically comparable to Shadow Bonnie (though that's actually pretty debatable since the shadows are all visibly physically different: Shadow Bonnie is a solid black shadow with no features, Shadow Freddy is a solid purple costume with features, and XOR has black and grey parts and phases in and out of sight) we don't have much evidence supporting that they'd share abilities.

Probably not, since most of the Frights Remnant abilities that don't appear in any of the games only appear with one or two characters each. Barring Empathic Manip and Aura, which is actually very commonplace, and Memory Manip, which is shared only by Eleanor and Jake, practically every other ability is only used by one character, which would make it too specific to include for a general ability like Remnant

Since you said they are physically comparable. It mens Shadow Freddy can still have the save physical abilities as Shadow Bonnie like incocprablity, high remnant and so on?

Not really, The properties of the games and novels are the same, just different timelines/continutities. Meaning all abilities shown in the Novel, are possible in the game.

Incorporeality, sure (I mean, he'd have that regardless), but since Remnant abilities are granted by quality rather than quantity, having a large amount of Remnant doesn't inherently grant much. For instance, Molten Freddy has the largest amount of Remnant in the series, but he shows very few abilities in the games. So even if Shadow Freddy did have Shadow Bonnie's amount of Remnant (which there's no evidence of) it wouldn't actually grant him any abilities.

big question, do you think RWQFSFASXC has a physical form, or is it a condescended soul moving around? do you think its possessing matter and that matter is phasing throue objects and teleporting or its all soul that can affect stuff thats doing it?

Shadow Bonnie does not because it is obvious that Shadow Bonnie is just a mass of dark Remnant. he just takes the form of Toy Bonnie, that's it.
