Pretty sure this is a stomp regardless of whether speed is equalized or not. Question, what category is Silver Surfer's Intangibility? Spatial? Immaterial, Elemental, or just phasing. And can the Flash harm characters with spatial intangibility if so? I know he himself basically just has phasing iirc. Actually, I'm not sure if connection to "The Speed Force" might count as Spatial intangibility.

If speed is unequal, then Surfer could simply hax stomp, especially since the Flash is a glass cannon who uses hax to basically violate Newton's Third law. Though, assuming he can touch Silver Surfer, Flash could speed blitz with IMP. SS is Quadrillions of C while Flash is way above Quintillions. Both characters could oneshot the other given AP Vs Durability. IIRC, the 4-Bs of Marvel other than Sentry and World War Hulk are about a Kilofoe while the DC 4-Bs are 600 and something Kilofoe. But Flash is physically a Glass cannon iirc.

Really not sure how this is going to turn out, but Matt probably has the best knowledge on these characters.

Flash and Quicksilver isn't really much of a rivalry; it's heavily one sided. And while most people would often say Hulk or Thor is Superman's rival, Sentry actually seems more accurate. Though, in terms of character/personality, Captain America is Superman's counterpart. But let's not derail the thread talking about off topic characters.

@Newen, Unfortunately Silver Surfer and Flash are way faster than Quicksilver, and Pietro should be taking a hike because he'd be blown to atoms if he fought either Flash or Silver
