1. Flash's AP should be upgraded to Building level+, for he was able to generate lightning. I dunno if this scales to his striking strength and durability though.

2. He should have Momentum Negation: Flash also has the ability to come to a full stop despite the extreme momentum of his motion, with Barry notably not breaking a milk bottle after running back and catching it in mid-air at super speed. This allows him to further the illusion of having not moved at all if he travels at super speed and then returns to the exact location he started at before anyone can perceive it. Thus, Flash also avoids breaking anything while speedily exploring the Batcave.

3. Inter-Frequency Travel: Flash's incredible speed enables him to travel into other planes of frequency, where other realities are located, according to DC Films Presents: The Dawn of the Justice League

4. He should have Class 5 lifting strength via this.

1. I thought that generating lightning puts characters in a higher tier than that.

2. Yes.

3. Do we know if present Flash can do this?

4. Yes.

1. Lightning is that level.

2. Thanks.

3. I dunno?

4. I have already applied that, since ArbitaryNumbers accepted the calc.

Ok. It should scale to his dura but not in his striking strength, I believe.

Mmh, does saying "It usually always scales to the durability" sounds unprofessional?

It usually scales because other characters tank the character's attack and can trade blows with that other character.

No one tanked Flash's lightning, nor traded blows with him.

Physics say that if a fictional character has enough energy to generate certain attack then he must have enough durability to withstand his own attack. And we kinda apply this logic to r-warpers and magic user without any durability feats at the levels of their AP.

I don't see how Flash is a difference.

1. Depends wether it is truly lightning or just speed force energy. However, It's generally treated as lightning by basically all media. Also this is all we know about the speed force in the DCEU, "It's like this layer of dimmensional reality, and it seems to manipulate space time. I call it the speed force", pretty much the same as the comics and TV show, but seems more workable due to the vagueness. I think it should be counted as lightning due to these reasons.

2. I agree.

3. The Flash is covered in technology when he did so, also present Flash has not used this ability, so even if i'm wrong about the technology thing, i just don't think it's applicable, as of now. They likely would have talked about it in the Justice League if he could do so anyway. Also the Actor said that when referring to the comics, you can find the part in the mini film at 14:20.

4. None of his feats in the movie contradict this, so i agree.

I disagree with lightning being scaled to durability, he's just channeling his own energy (Which can't hurt him in the first place), he's not producing lighning that would hurt himself, like the recoil of a blow, or lightning in general.

Flash should have vibration manipulation due to vibrating apart a window.

Also Flash needs a weakness added to his page, his accelerated metabolism means he needs to eat more, this is explained just after Barry shows Batman he has super speed, and he talks about it just after the JSL fights Superman, while Aquaman and Cyborg are arguing.

I don't agree with most of this.

1. Is not real lightning.

2. That's not even a real power that's something any speedster can do

3. Is too speculatory

4. He can only do that by pushing + speed.

1. It is considered lightning, and IIRC we assumed real lightning for CW Flash.

2. Ok.

3. It is said he can do so.

4. Pushing is part of LS.

@Matt and Spino

I will repeat what i said in point 3, but condensed.

Basically, he's never shown to do so, his future counterpart probably didn't use his own power, and the actor was talking about the comics at 14:20.

@Spino

Could you review my comment above, no one has really done so. Also yes, we did assume it was real lightning for the CW series.

@Heatforce

No, it has an effect on the environment, such as leaving sparks behind, and short circuting machinery.

I apologise for derailing a little with this (even though it isn't), however these changes are a little more simple than the ones above, so i'd like to ask about them.

Most of these abilities can be chalked up to "speed force", but he does use electricity, and was shown to manipulate it to power up the mother box to revive Supes.

Even though they are extensions of one power, they still count. A character wouldn't not have healing because it falls under their power of biokinesis.

Point 3 and 4 is on the page.

The rest are to be added, maybe not one though.

I think it's safe to add the Weakness and Power i also suggested, as that's a concrete thing that doesn't need discussion.

I fully Support Point 1, especially since it's agreed on by basically everyone.
