This matchup has been done before but it was prior to the Touhou 6-A to likely 5-A upgrades and would like to see if the outcome will change or still be a stomp in favor of Arcueid.

+ Win via KO, Death or Incapacitated

By states alone Flandre has this but considering Arcueid's abilites I'm going have to delve deaper to find the winner.

Flan doesn't have any major dissavantages againts Arc although she doesn't have any major advantages either.

Arc actually looses a few while simultaneously gains a few, Moon droop out right becomes usless againts Flan and Marble would only work once before Flan figures out the basics and gradually find ways to work around it.

If it's a battle to the death then Arc will win if only beucase of her Immortality, but for K.O. I think either one could win, although since it's in character I'll have to say Flan would be the liklest winner due to her being more aggresive of the two.
