Molgera and Goht have infinite stamina for no reason.
The first is supposed to be of sand just because it turns into such upon dying, which doesn't really makes sense since it seems pretty fleshy during the whole fight, and its soft tongue is even its weak spot. Nothing prove it just isn't transmuted into sand because reasons.
And then, it being made of sand would supposedly make him comparable to a robot like Gohr (even though sand constructs and robots are clearly different things), which has infinite stamina for... being a robot, which isn't only wrong in the first place, but it's also against our rules: Please note that characters that are mechanical or undead should not automatically be assumed to possess infinite stamina, unless this trait has been clearly defined within the series or by the lore.
This line above should also be featured in the Stamina page as well.
Their new rating should either be Unknown, or at least Athletic for engaging Link in a fight.
